When one connects their soul with that of Infinite Light, a Divine light is ignited in their hearts, mind and body. This Soul Noor, the Divine light unites one with whole Universe, shedding the idea of seperated souls. We are one with all when connected to the source. All fears, hate, grudge and anxiety vanishes, thus making ones body, mind and soul glow with Soul light/ Noor. This elevated state brings bliss which can only be found in deep Meditation. This guided meditation helps Yogi of all levels, beginners to advanced.

Children have zero Ego identity. They don't know who they are in this world yet. And this frees them of all worries to perform, look certain way, achieve recognition etc. They have truly surrendered to life and that's why Universe takes care of them. In Cosmic Living one learns how to have long term vision of life yet enjoy small joys. When Ego becomes a big burden to carry one can always leave their wordly titles behind and embrace joy of living in present. But it takes regular practice to shift this mindset and company of like minded souls always help.
